Master Risk Management for International B2B insurance professionals

Voor nadere informatie zie verder de de rubriek  "Links" "Opleidingen" op deze website

The international master for business to business risk assessment and insurance integrating technical, organizational, financial and legal risk management

Technology is rapidly developing which has its effect on the complexity of building, industrial processes, supply chains etc. This also has its effect on safety and asset protection and the need to assist organisations in developing solutions which match the growing complexity. This need is felt with a wide variety of parties involved in risk management, safety and asset protection like the insurance industry, consulting organisations and safety and risk management departments of companies.

The focus over the last years was on technical skills training but less towards an integrated approach. The same trend is currently seen with legislators. The focus in directives, standards and legal requirements is moving towards integrated solutions where the responsibility for the adequacy is put with the owners/users.

GOAL

The Master Risk Management for International B2B Insurance Professionals is developed by University of Twente in close cooperation with the industry, insurance industry and the business to business market. The master aims at practitioners (auditors, inspectors, risk managers, consultants, account managers and safety engineers in industry) in the field of safety and asset protection. This programme creates a bridge between financial risk management, organisational risk management and risk engineering. It is organized for people in the European market who seek to gain professional skills and ability to evaluate and assess complex asset risks next to an awareness of continuous improvement.
